1. LIST YOUR WARDROBE
List an item in under 2 minutes. All you need are photos and item information.
2. APPROVE OR REJECT REQUESTS
Receive rental requests and communicate with potential Renters via our secure messaging system.
3. SEND THE ITEM
Either in-person via prior arrangement with the Renter at a convenient public location or by door-to-door courier service nationally across South Africa. Get paid within 5 days of the start of the rental period.
4. RATE & REVIEW
Leave feedback for your fellow Rotator and contribute to our Community.
WARDROBE MANAGEMENT
DELIVERY
Renters are ultimately responsible for the item’s receipt and return. Parties may rotate an item either in-person at a convenient public location or via door-to-door courier service.
SAFETY & SECURITY
All Renters on the Platform are required to register ahead of renting any item. Some items will require further identification before they can be rented. Our peer review system ensures a trusted and safe Community for all!
