What if I damage or lose my rental?
As a Renter, you are expected to treat rented items as if they are your own. We understand that accidents can happen, so we have created our Damage Protection add-on to help give you peace of mind.
However, if you haven’t opted to pay for Damage Protection and if the item is damaged beyond repair, lost, stolen or the repair costs more than R500, Onrotate reserves the right to charge you for the total estimated market value of the item.
If anything happens, please immediately let the Lender know and inform the Onrotate Team via hello@onrotate.com.
