What happens if the item I have lent is damaged or stolen?
We have a very low damage rate across the Platform and ask that our Renters take care of items as if they were their own.
In the case of any small damage, Onrotate will ensure you are reimbursed quickly for the cost of repair if the Renter opted to take out the Damage Protection.
If the item is damaged beyond repair or not returned, we will reimburse you for the estimated market value of the item. Any costs to repair or reimburse your item will be claimed from the Renter. To help us resolve the issue quickly please do provide all the relevant information including proof of purchase, proof of tracked delivery and photos of the item.
