What about damages and/or loss?
We have a very low damage rate across the Platform and ask that our Renters take care of items as if they were their own. However, In the event of significant damage or theft, the Platform will endeavour (on a case-by-case basis) to charge the Renter for the estimated market value of the item.
But don’t worry, our Community is extremely respectful, and we ask all Renters to register with the Platform before they can start renting. Renters looking to rent high value items are further verified by using leading ID Verification Software and this together with our peer review system, ensures a trusted and safe Community for all.
