How do I return the item?
If you collected your item in person, you will need to arrange a suitable time and location on the last day of the rental period, with the Lender, using our messaging service on your account dashboard.
If you received your item directly from another Member via courier, please follow the steps below:
- Place the rental in the original packaging with the returns label attached.
- Make sure the item is ready and available for collection on the last day of the rental period between 9am and 12pm.
Collections only take place Monday to Friday.
