How do I prove the condition of an item?
As the Lender, please take a photograph on your smartphone to record the condition of the item within 24 hours before sending anything out. If you notice any damage upon the return of your item, please take photographs within twenty-four (24) hours and share with the Onrotate Team via hello@onrotate.com.
If you’re the Renter, please take a photo upon receipt of the item if you discover any issues before sending it back to the Lender.
Taking a photo on your smartphone automatically date stamps the moment you take it which can give you peace of mind in case there are any queries surrounding the condition of your rental.
